The ServiceMaster Clean ServiceLink Mobile app provides the flexibility to perform building inspections from any location, even without an internet connection! Once the app is downloaded onto the device, customized inspections can be performed with only a few simple clicks. The data is then sync’d to the online ServiceLink database. Inspection scores are emailed immediately to any pre-selected individuals and users can view reports from the device or the desktop version of ServiceLink.
ServiceLink Mobile also allows customers to create and send work orders directly to ServiceMaster managers, who can then communicate directly with associates quickly and efficiently. You don’t have to worry about something slipping through the cracks ever again because with ServiceLink, communications, work order’s and even escalations are automatically distributed throughout the organization- based on responsiveness and the type of communication..
