Over the past few days Vodafone have been doing some work on the network which means we've had no telephone signal showing up on our mobile phones anywhere in the village.
They were supposed to have finished the work by the 28th. Today's message is
Sorry, but unfortunately it’s taking a little longer than we expected to finish our maintenance work on the mobile network in this area. Rest assured, we’ll get things up and running again as soon as we can, and we’ll update this page once we have more information.
To compound the problem my wife's been getting very iffy Wifi connections on our home network.
