Bill Weber has provided more than two decades of leadership for innovative projects and organizations within several industry-leading companies. Prior to Sensys Networks, Bill gained invaluable experience in 3M’s innovative culture through a diverse path of responsibilities as well as the company’s renowned training programs in leadership and technical disciplines. In over fifteen years at 3M, Bill’s leadership positions spanned product development, manufacturing, professional services, operations, marketing and sales.He led several teams commercializing ground-breaking new products, including successful new sustainable business models for the company. Within the Intelligent Transportation Systems industry, Bill’s roles have involved operations leadership at the Vice President and COO level with experience in both direct and distribution channel business models.
Bill earned his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
