What are the system requirements and dependencies for installing the Solo plan tools?

All Syside tools are compatible with major operating systems, including Windows 10 and above, macOS 14 and above, and Linux. Dependencies are:

Visual Studio Code. Alternatively, you can use VS Codium or Cursor instead of Visual Studio Code.
Python 3.12+
Java 17+

Can I run Syside tools in an offline environment?

Yes, you can. Syside Modeler and Automator support installation in network-isolated and air-gapped environments. The general process is:

On a machine with internet access, download the relevant Syside tool installers and the syside-license Python package.
Generate a syside-license.lic file using your license key.
Transfer the files to the target machine (e.g. via USB or shared drive) and install.

Note that offline installation requires a Business plan license. For full step-by-step instructions, see the Offline Installation guide.

What payment methods do you accept?

What’s the process for canceling my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, click the cancellation link that is sent by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) in the subscription confirmation email that you received after purchase.

Is it possible to transfer a license to a colleague?

Yes. Business named licenses can be transferred to a colleague. For example, if a team member leaves the company or changes roles. Contact us at syside.support@sensmetry.com to request a transfer.
