OUR TEAM
Dennis Riney
Dennis is the Founder and CEO of Premier Physical Therapy. Dennis is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He has guest lectured on various orthopedic topics at Southeast Missouri State University, SIU Carbondale, and the CTC of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Dennis also has a degree in Dietetics from Missouri State University. He is married with 2 daughters and a son. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and reading.
Donna Goodson
Donna is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Occupation Therapy and a minor in Psychology in 1985. She interned at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She became a Certified Hand Therapist six years later through the ASHT, in 1993. Donna loves the direct “hands-on” treatment time with her patients and when she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, three grown children, and grandkids. She enjoys boating, camping, scuba diving, and enjoying the great outdoors. Donna has been with Premier Physical Therapy since day one in 2006!
Chuck Dobbs
Chuck is a 1993 graduate of St. Louis University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. He also earned his Athletic Trainers Certification through the internship program through Southeast Missouri State University. Chuck has provided Physical Therapy, Industrial, and Sports Rehabilitation in the Southeast Missouri area for over 20 years. Additionally, he has provided Athletic Training services to local events and high schools including being the head Athletic Trainer at Charleston High School since 1998. Chuck lives in Jackson with his wife, Lori, and three sons, Chandler, Braeden, and Parker.
Jill Hahs
Jill graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has been a Physical Therapist in the Southeastern Missouri region for over 30 years, providing therapy in home health and hospital settings. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and three grown children. She also enjoys hiking, reading, and scrapbooking.
Kathleen “Kt” Biri
Kt is a graduate of Maryville University with a Bachelor’s degree in health science and a Doctorate in physical therapy. Kt is from Jackson, Missouri and currently lives in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, with her husband and beautiful little girl. Kt has traveled all over to practice physical therapy, including in Alaska, Georgia, and back to Missouri. Kt is happy to be serving patients here at Premier Physical Therapy, where everyone feels like family. Kt loves spending time with her husband and daughter, being outside, and would love to travel more with her family.
Derek Bess
Derek is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also has a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is originally from Marquand, Missouri, and attended Meadow Heights High School. Derek graduated in May of 2015 and has moved back to his hometown area to begin his career as a Physical Therapist.
Brad Brown
Brad is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Brad is a competitive cyclist, competing in mountain bike races across the region. He has one daughter, Sarah Ann. He proudly serves as a Therapist at Premier’s Jackson location.
Brandon Peters
Brandon is a 2016 graduate of the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. He also graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. Brandon was born and raised in the Cape Girardeau area and is a 2010 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He began working for Premier as a PTA in September of 2016. In his free time, Brandon likes to play sports with friends, go to sporting events, and cheer on his favorite teams.
Clare Seyer
Clare is a 2019 PTA graduate from Cape Career and Technology Center. She is from Jackson, MO and graduated from Jackson High School in 2016. Clare’s interest in PTA developed through her eleven-year career in competitive gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the human body and its capabilities with others. Clare has a passion for helping others and making them smile.
Dustin Spooler
Dustin is a 2016 graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. He also graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Dustin is from Jackson, Missouri and graduated from Jackson High School in 2009. He enjoys playing sports, running, and lifting weights. Dustin likes watching the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues, and the San Antonio Spurs.
Nick Brandon
Nick is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. Along with being a Physical Therapist Assistant, he also has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is married to Teresa and has two loving children, Abbey and Drew. Nick also enjoys running, learning, and spending time with his family and friends.
Rebecca Alvarado
Rebecca is a 2017 graduate of the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. She also graduated from East Central College with a degree in Health Science in 2016. Rebecca grew up mainly in Rolla, Missouri, and moved to Cape Girardeau when she began the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2016. Rebecca is a swing dance enthusiast who enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
Samantha Bianchi
Sammie is a 2017 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a 2018 graduate of the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center with a Physical Therapist Assistant associate’s degree. She is originally from O’Fallon, Missouri, and moved back to the STL area after graduating to begin gaining experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting before making her way back down to Cape Girardeau. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends watching football and hockey. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and cooking new recipes. She is excited to have joined the team at Premier to continue her career helping people.
Zach Whitsel
Zach is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. He has a history of fitness training and corrective exercise and enjoys exercise, both in a gym setting and outdoors. He is married with one son, Landon. He spends his free time with his family, walking and enjoying the outdoors.
Autumn Payne
Autumn graduated from Cape Career and Technology Center in 2024. She is from Ellsinore, MO, and graduated from East Carter High School in 2021. Autumn’s interest in physical therapy developed through her love of sports. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, exercising, and spending time with family.
Paige Wills
Paige grew up in Jackson, Missouri, and is a graduate of Jackson High School in 2021. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets named Shadow, Lucy, Rose, and Chance. She loves spending her free time reading, quilting, or going on trips to learn more about the world. She also runs a small baking business in addition to her position at Premier. Paige is grateful to be working in an environment that encourages positivity and helps others.
Kimberly Hill, FDC
Kimberly is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She attended Jackson Senior High School, Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center, and Southeast Missouri State University. She also serves in the Army National Guard as an 88M. She does Internal Marketing along with Administrative duties and would be happy to help each and every patient!
Shannon Lape
Shannon graduated from Mid-Continent Baptist University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She has four children and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
Anneishia Criddle
Anneishia is a 2012 Cape Central graduate. She has been in Jackson since 2020 and is happily married to Aaron, and has 2 kids, Jay and Darcie. Anneishia enjoys hosting family gatherings, singing on the worship team, and traveling! She is very grateful to be surrounded by a team who makes work feel like you’re right at home!
Shantel Hendrix
Shantel is a high school graduate from Jackson High and lives in Advance, MO. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and dogs named Murphy and Denali. She enjoys going on side by side rides with her boyfriend and being outdoors. She is happy to be working for such a great company and even greater people!
Ryley Styer
Ryley grew up in Jackson, Missouri, and graduated from Jackson Senior High School in 2022. He is currently enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University, where he plans on graduating with a bachelor’s degree in health science. He will further his education to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Ryley is a member of a Fraternity at SEMO and other on-campus organizations. In his free time, Ryley enjoys quality time with friends and family and time outdoors, such as attending sporting events and going golfing.
Justi Nelson
Justi is from Jackson, Missouri, and graduated from Jackson Senior High School. She is currently attending Southeast Missouri State University and majoring in biomedical sciences. She plans to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. She is also part of the SEMO Women’s Soccer Team and is passionate about sports science. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Molly Gohrmann
Molly is from Hecker, Illinois and graduated from Waterloo High School. She is currently attending Southeast Missouri State University and majoring in Health Sciences. She plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Molly is a part of the SEMO track and field team. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends along with staying active and reading.
Karoline Harold
Karoline is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and graduated from Notre Dame Regional High School. She is attending Southeast Missouri State University and majoring in Corporate Communication. She plans on pursuing a career in event planning. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, going to concerts, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
Bailee Hux
Bailee is from Essex, Missouri, and graduated from Richland R-1 High School. She is currently attending Southeast Missouri State University and is majoring in Health Sciences. She plans to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. Bailee is a part of the SEMO track and field team as a thrower. She enjoys traveling, reading, being outside, and hanging out with friends and family.
Chapman Ogles
Chapman is from Cape Girardeau and is a senior at Cape Central High School. After high school, he plans to attend Jefferson County Community College to play baseball. His major is still undecided. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, hanging out with friends, and playing pickup basketball. Chapman always loves a good conversation and caring for you!
