The Self-Creation Process
Self-Creation serves as a foundational part of my life, both personally and professionally. It’s based on the idea that “we create ourselves through outward expression.” What this means is, everything we do in life is a form of “outward expression” and provides feedback. This feedback, if we know how to use it, informs our decisions, our growth and our development as people. We then use this knowledge and understanding of ourselves, to create our businesses, our organizations, our families, our networks, and our personal lives. The idea is, if you can imagine what you want and articulate it, and if you can capture it with media, then you can create it. Through the use of multimedia in all its forms, such as writing, art, video, photography, social media, websites, and blogs, we put together visual, written and mental images of what we want, and then meditate on them. We keep them close, in focus, and we use them as guides. This allows us to continuously think about what we want to accomplish professionally and personally every day and make it possible.
