We start with a discovery call, demo, and trial to ensure SeisWare aligns with your business needs. If you’re a fit, your account manager and support team will introduce themselves with a welcome package.
Step 2:
Guided Setup
Spend two 1-hour sessions with support experts to navigate setup, integrate all your data, and train your team on initial operations. We won’t log off until you feel comfortable in SeisWare.
Step 3:
Ongoing Support
All of our support team members have a background in geoscience! Reach them via phone or email anytime, they help with everything from loading old data to well planning.
