Hi! I’m Tsvetina, the Recruitment Lead for SEEBURGER’s offices in Bulgaria. I also work on various projects related to new hire onboarding and continuous talent development. I’m an experimenter at heart who believes that everyone is a leader. At SEEBURGER, I have the freedom to shape my work as a map filled with iterations, curious attempts, trials, errors, and wins. When I’m not in HR mode, you’ll find me hiking, traveling, cooking, or generally obsessing over my dog, Borko.
