Where is Securelux located?
We have three Queensland locations: a showroom at 8/23 Discovery Dr, North Lakes; our factory and head office at 1/139 Jardine Dr, Redland Bay; and a North Brisbane location at Suite 4 111/193 South Pine Rd, Brendale. All Crimsafe doors and windows are built in the Redland Bay factory.
Does Securelux use subcontractors for installation?
No. Every Securelux installer is a direct employee. That is one of the bigger reasons customers say the finish is cleaner and the after-service is faster. The same name on your quote is the same name backing the workmanship.
Is Securelux a genuine Crimsafe licensee?
Yes. Securelux is an Authorised Crimsafe Licensee, which means we are licensed by Crimsafe to manufacture and install their products to spec. Every Crimsafe screen we install is built in-house at our Redland Bay factory using genuine Crimsafe components.
What products does Securelux supply?
Securelux supplies Crimsafe security screens, security doors and windows, 3M Security Film, PVC and security shutters, flyscreens, barrier screens, CCTV cameras and patio enclosures. Our consultants help you choose the right mix based on your home, your concerns and your budget.
Does Securelux offer payment plans?
Yes. Securelux has weekly payment plans available so you can break a larger security upgrade into manageable amounts. Final payment is only taken after installation is complete and you are happy with the job.
What happens if I experience a break-in after my Securelux screens are installed?
Where an attempted break-in or vandalism damages a screen, Securelux will come out for a flat $99 call-out fee to inspect and repair. All products carry manufacturer-backed warranties, and our after-service team (SecureCare) handles any issues fast.
