Players will soon be able to access an enhanced update for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet specifically tailored for the Nintendo Switch 2 bringing better performance and resolution by taking advantage of the Nintendo Switch 2 hardware. A brand-new Tera Raid Battle event series is also happening that will feature Shiny Wo-Chien, Shiny Chien-Pao, Shiny Ting-Lu, and Shiny Chi-Yu. The Nintendo Switch 2 update for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is available now for Nintendo Switch 2 alongside the Tera Raid Battle event series starts on July 23 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

In today's Daily Fix:Via the Nintendo Today app, Nintendo revealed new 60fps gameplay from the Switch 2 versions of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. The original Switch version was plagued with performance issues, such as droppin frame rates, texture pop-in, and other problems indicative of a game not optimized and running on old hardware. Hopefully the new version will be what fans have expected. In other news, remember that James Bond game from the Hitman devs? The one they announced years ago?
