Oh, yuletide, you were hard his year. I defaulted on my main assignment for the first time ever (lesson learned: NO, SERIOUSLY, SCREAMLET. DO NOT LIST FANDOMS YOU ARE NOT 110% SURE ABOUT.) and then ended up writing the three stories below!

God, I don't even know This is one of those stories where (like I told lanyon when commenting on one of her own) that it asked more questions than it answered, mostly about where TJ could go from the series finale. Ugh, stupid Political Animals, being all great and stuff with its world building. ANYWAY. It's amazing when a character's voice is so distinct that falling into their delivery and language feels like the easiest thing in the world, and that was definitely the case with Ellen Burstyn's salty grandma. Screeeeeeam.

I knew that, at some point, I would be writing Avengers RPF for yuletide, but I didn't know for who or why or when or how; then, Saturday the 22nd, I sat down and wrote this in a fugue state, which you can definitely mark by Tom Hiddleston's progression in the story from "hello people, I am humon" to everything else he says in the story. Also, there's ScarJo POV and awkwardness with babies and gift-giving anxiety and Sebastian Stan has a cameo so that I could say he appears in some form IN EVERY STORY I WROTE THIS YEAR. (WHY? DO I LIKE HIM THAT MUCH? OK??)
