The SCRAM TouchPoint app allows clients to stay up-to-date with their supervision requirements. Communicate easily and efficiently with your agent through secure messages, complete required check-ins, and receive reminders on needed actions. Easy to use features: Location Tracking: Allows supervising officers to request and receive a client’s live location as needed to support supervision requirements. The app securely updates location information, even when running in the background, to ensure compliance and accuracy. Note: Continued use of GPS in the background may decrease battery life. Messaging: Let your agent know about needs and concerns in real time. Check In: Quickly and easily provide required information to your program. Reminders: Notifications to keep you on track. Documents: Client can access and share the documents with Officers.
