IMPORTANT NOTICE

Helmets sold and shipped in to the U.S. require DOT certification (Department Of Transportation FMVSS No. 218). As a result, any helmet manufactured for markets other than the U.S. and sold/shipped into the U.S. is considered a violation of Federal and State laws.

It is for this reason that the ScorpionEXO USA warranty is limited to ScorpionEXO helmets manufactured for the U.S. market. For any ScorpionEXO helmet purchased outside the U.S., all warranty questions and/or claims must be directed to the country where the helmet was originally intended.
