This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Scoreholio Inc. and its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (“Scoreholio”) collect, use, communicate, disclose, and otherwise manage the personal information you entrust to us by engaging our services on the website, social media, email exchanges, mobile apps, store purchases, and other online services on which this Policy is posted (collectively the “Site”).

This Policy is written in the English language. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any translated versions of this Policy. To the extent that any translated versions of this Policy conflict with the English language version, the English language version shall control.

Scoreholio will collect personal data from you directly when you interact with our Site, contact us, use our services, create an account, subscribe, share product reviews, sign up to receive offers or emails from us, or purchase our products.

Scoreholio collects the following categories of personal information:

Scoreholio only collects and processes the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfill our processing activities, including conducting our business, customer communications and support, user verification, payment processing, shipping, quality management, Site maintenance, fraud screening, and compliance with legal requirements.

05 β€” Cookies & Do Not Track

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, mobile analytics software, log files, or other technologies to collect certain information about your online activity. You may disallow cookies at any time through your web browser. We do not use cookies to retrieve information unrelated to our Site.

  • Comment cookies: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website for one year.
  • Login cookies: Login cookies last for two days; screen options cookies last for one year. “Remember Me” extends login persistence to two weeks.
  • Session cookie: A temporary cookie is set on login to check browser cookie support. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
  • Edit cookie: If you edit or publish an article, a cookie saves the post ID. It expires after one day and contains no personal data.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Non-Discrimination: Scoreholio may not and will not treat you differently because of your Consumer Request activity. We will not deny goods or services, charge different rates, or provide different quality based on your exercise of these rights, except where the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data.

Scoreholio does not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties. However, if you are a Nevada resident and would like to submit a request not to sell your personally identifiable information, you may do so by emailing us at the address below.

08 β€” International Users & Global Privacy

Scoreholio is a global app headquartered in the United States. By using our Site or app, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection laws.

  • EEA, UK & Switzerland: We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR or equivalent law. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  • Canada & Australia: We comply with applicable privacy legislation to the extent required.
  • Brazil: Users have rights under the Lei Geral de ProteΓ§Γ£o de Dados (LGPD).
  • Other jurisdictions: We honor additional rights under local law to the extent required.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). This Policy does not apply to Linked Sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, opinions, privacy practices, or security standards of any Linked Site. By clicking a link to a Linked Site, you have left our Site and this Policy is no longer in effect.

10 β€” User Content

Some features allow you to provide content such as written comments or reviews to be published in public areas of the Site (“User Content”). If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract location data from images. Information shared in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Site. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your content.

11 β€” Chat & Group Discussion Feature

  • Age Requirement. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Chat and Group Discussion feature. If we become aware that a user under 13 has used this feature, we will take appropriate action including account deletion.
  • AI-Powered Moderation. Scoreholio uses automated AI moderation tools to help monitor content for violations of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We cannot guarantee all content will be reviewed or that all violations will be detected.
  • Account Suspension and Deletion. Scoreholio reserves the right to warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any user account found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, including harassment, abuse, spam, or illegal activity. Violating content may be removed without notice.
  • Data Collected in Chat. Messages and content posted in chat are stored on our servers and subject to this Privacy Policy. Do not share sensitive personal information such as financial details, passwords, or government ID numbers in chat.

12 β€” Opting Out of Emails

When you register, subscribe, or communicate with us through our Site, you may opt out of receiving future direct marketing communications by indicating your preference at that time. You may also have your name removed from our email list at any time by emailing us at privacy@scoreholio.com.

13 β€” Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Use of information we collect is subject to the Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site or sending you an email. A user is bound by any changes to our Policy when they use the Site after such changes are posted.

14 β€” Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Scoreholio will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any child. If you are under eighteen, please do not provide your information on our Site. Upon notification that a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information from our records.

The Chat and Group Discussion feature requires users to be at least 13 years of age. The broader Site and app are not intended for individuals under 18. See the “Chat and Group Discussion Feature” section above for additional details.
