Create the perfect scheduling “control center” with at-a-glance information for the scheduler. Simplify scheduling operations and increase efficiency, especially for high-volume task or job scenarios when there is little time to click through screens. Create schedule tickets directly from the interactive schedule and then drag and drop the tickets in the desired date and resource slot. It's that easy to schedule. And, the system can be configured to display key details in the scheduled ticket. No need to click through screens to see key job details. Resource unavailability is handled easily by using in the reusable filler ticket. Place the ticket anywhere on the board and all tasks for the resource are moved down. ScheduleBoard intelligently moves tickets around filler tickets, so they can be used for holidays, sick days, vacation days, rain days or any other cause for a resource's unavailability. ScheduleBoard tracks your schedule changes and allows you to notify your resources of their specific schedule change at any time during the day. Bring up the notification screen on top of your schedule and view all affected resources. Select all notifications from the tracking list or select specific notifications and press Send. Your resources as immediately notified of their specific schedule changes. Behind the intuitive user interface, ScheduleBoard allows you to enter and track as many details for each job as you need. For details that have pre-defined lists, you can add, update or delete items in the lists via ScheduleBoard's administrative console. The administrative console also allows you to change resource colors, maintain phase details, phase order of execution, maintain resources and customers. ScheduleBoard also prints reports and exports data to PDF, Excel or comma-delimited format.
