I've had this software for many years but stopped using it when got a professional dedicated scanner. I did like its graphing capability but have always had issues with connection - had to start/restart/switch ports many time before it finally complied. Every time. Very annoying.
Also, they are in the microsoft's pocket so no Linux version is available. Used to be able to run via VirtualBox but not sure what windows version it liked and can't find anything about it on their site. When asked, they were clearly pissed off...
