Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
By applying to the Scale Rankings Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to review all applications and reject any applicant at our sole discretion. We typically seek partners whose content aligns with our brand values and target audience.
2. Tracking Cookies & Attribution
Cookie Duration: We utilize a 45-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase within this window, you will receive credit, provided they have not cleared their cookies or clicked another affiliate’s link after yours.
Last-Click Policy: Our program operates on a “Last-Click” basis, meaning the last affiliate link clicked before the purchase receives the commission.
3. Commission Structure & Payments
Standard Rate: You will earn 30% for every initial qualifying purchase made through your unique link, and 10% for all subsequent purchases made within 6 months for each client.
– With 20+ affiliated clients, 15% for all subsequent purchases within 6 months for each respective client.
– With 50+ affiliated clients, 20% for all subsequent purchases within 6 months for each respective client.
Locking Period: Commissions are held in a “Pending” status for 30 days to account for refunds and credit card charge-backs.
Payout Schedule: Payments are issued on a Net-30 basis (e.g., commissions earned in January and cleared by March 1st will be paid by April 1st).
Minimum Payout: You must reach a minimum balance of $50 to receive a payout. If this threshold is not met, your balance will roll over to the next period.
Payment Method: All payments are processed via PayPal/Wise/E-transfer. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep payment information current.

4. Promotional Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of our brand, affiliates must adhere to the following:
FTC Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using hashtags like #ad or #sponsored).
Prohibited Content: You may not promote our products on sites containing hate speech or illegal activities.
Search Engine Marketing (PPC): Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our trademarked terms on Google, Bing, or other search engines.
Spam: We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Do not send unsolicited emails or post links in unrelated forums/comment sections.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback for a sale you referred, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance. If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from your future earnings.
6. Relationship of Parties
Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and brand assets from your platforms.
