The Sayde’s expert Chef brings decades of experience and authentic Lebanese culinary tradition to every plate we serve.
Chef Elie Sfeir began his culinary journey in Beirut, Lebanon, where he studied the foundations of culinary arts and developed a passion for Mediterranean flavors. He spent over 10 years working in top-tier restaurants across Saudi Arabia, refining his skills in modern Middle Eastern cuisine. In 2017, he moved to the United States, bringing the authenticity of Lebanese cooking with him. Chef Elie went on to cook at Jocelyn’s Mediterranean Restaurant and Beiruti Mediterranean Restaurant in Salem, NH, alongside his father, the head chef of both. He is known for bold flavors, precise technique, and honoring traditional recipes with a modern touch.
