I joined because I really believe in the mission of Savory and while I am trying to use my own animals to regenerate our land, Savory has a wider reach and can accomplish way more than I can on my own. I will continue to do my part, but I find peace in knowing that my monthly donation helps more than just my area. The more land that we can regenerate, the better!

It fits in with my belief that regenerative agriculture and Holistic Management of the land is the key to making the world carbon negative. I'm proud to be a supporter.

I've determined my lifetime [carbon] footprint to likely be in the range from 800-1000 tons CO2. I tried small scale grazing sheep and a few Dexter cattle for a few years on someone else's land, and calculated approximately 200 tons CO2 sequestered net, including after methane emitted. The remainder? Regenerating Membership erased it in no time. Thank you!
