Investment Disclaimer
Read this in full before relying on anything on SAVNG. The legal-sounding paragraphs are the actual rules of the road.
Educational purpose only
SAVNG is an educational stock-valuation tool. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or research firm. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an offer of advisory services. The operator (a practicing physician, not a licensed advisor) and the underlying entity (GigHz LLC) do not provide personalized financial planning, security selection, or portfolio management services.
Model limitations
Every intrinsic value, P/IV ratio, margin of safety, expected return, and sensitivity figure on the site is a mathematical model output. The output depends on assumptions — discount rates, growth projections, terminal values, model selection — that may not reflect actual future performance. Models use historical financial data; that data is sourced from SEC EDGAR (raw XBRL filings, U.S. public-domain government data) and supplementary feeds, but it can still contain reporting errors, restatements, and edge cases that the normalization layer doesn't catch.
The labels "undervalued," "overvalued," and "fairly valued" refer exclusively to the model's output relative to its own assumptions — not to objective reality or to any prediction about future price movement.
Data quality grading
Each stock page displays a data-quality badge: GOOD, PARTIAL, or LIMITED. PARTIAL and LIMITED pages have missing or noisy fundamentals. Treat them as a starting point only — re-verify any figure that matters to your decision against the company's most recent 10-K or 10-Q on EDGAR directly.
AI-generated content
News summaries, sentiment scores, and the multi-section narrative blocks are generated by large language models (Gemini and Claude). AI can produce errors, omissions, fabricated quotes, missed material events, and confidently wrong framing. AI-generated content on SAVNG should not be the sole basis for any financial decision. The "AI optionality caveat" on certain stock pages (e.g. for high-growth narrative stocks where the model under-prices optionality) is itself a model output and may itself be wrong.
YouTube video embeds
Video tiles surface recent third-party videos via the YouTube Data API. SAVNG does not endorse the creators, channels, or claims made in any embedded video. Many financial-content channels are paid promotions, contain undisclosed conflicts of interest, or push trading "signals." We surface them for context, not validation.
"You might also like" candidates
The candidate-stock module on individual pages is computed mechanically from sector, industry, and fundamentals shape. Inclusion is not a recommendation and does not reflect operator judgment about whether any candidate is a good investment. Always re-verify the underlying data on the candidate's own SAVNG page or directly via EDGAR.
Historical anchor comparisons
The "anchor stocks" framing (Amazon 1999, Tesla 2018, etc.) is intended to show the magnitude of growth required to justify today's price relative to magnitudes that have historically occurred. It is not a prediction that the current stock will follow the same trajectory. Most companies do not turn into the next Amazon. Many turn into the next Pets.com or WeWork.
No guarantee of returns
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Stock prices can go to zero. All investing involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. The fact that a model suggests a stock is "undervalued" does not mean its price will increase — and the fact that a stock is "overvalued" does not mean its price will fall. Markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.
Technical indicators
RSI, MACD, moving averages, and trend labels reflect historical price patterns and computational conventions. Past patterns do not predict future price movements.
Market context
VIX and DXY data, and market-regime classifications, provide macro context. They do not predict market direction.
Portfolio OS
The Portfolio OS tool stores positions, plans, and journal entries you enter yourself. It does not execute trades. Prices and alerts are informational. Stop-loss, trailing-stop, profit-ladder, and breaker logic are decision-support tools — you are responsible for executing trades with your broker.
Do your own research
Always conduct your own due diligence before making investment decisions. Consider consulting a qualified, licensed financial advisor — especially for significant financial decisions, retirement accounts, or anything in tax-advantaged structures. SAVNG is one tool among many; never your only source.
