Our journeys are built around people, and we do our best to bring together travelers who share common passions and a similar stage of life.
Browse our trips in Japan. Find the journey that speaks to you.
Submit your request. Through our onboarding process, we get to know you — your travel style, interests, and preferences. We then match you with a small group of 8 to 12 like-minded, age-aligned travelers.
Once your group is set, we’ll guide you through the booking process. A deposit secures your place and the balance is due closer to departure. All logistics are handled so you can focus on the experience ahead.
Join your trip. Arrive as part of a carefully curated group, experience a journey of wellness and culture, and leave with friendships that continue in our alumni community.
A SatoriCamp journey begins long before you arrive in Japan. We believe that the quality of the group shapes the depth of the experience. For this reason, we do not place people into trips at random.

We limit each journey to 8–12 participants.
This keeps the experience intimate, respectful, and spacious.
We do not scale by adding more people. We scale by protecting quality.
Guests arrive as solo travelers, and often leave with deep connections that continue long after the journey ends.
Our journeys are for people aged 40 to 60 who seek mindful travel in Japan and value shared experiences and personal growth with like-minded people.
The retreat price includes accommodation, daily wellness sessions (such as yoga or meditation), cultural activities, group transfers within the itinerary, most meals, and guided support throughout the trip. International flights and travel insurance are not included.
Each group is designed for 8 to 12 travelers. If the minimum of 8 participants is not met, the retreat will be canceled and all deposits will be refunded.
We collect key information during the onboarding process and hold a short discovery call with all participants. This ensures each group has a good balance of people in similar age ranges, with compatible interests and outlooks.

You are welcome to join solo. Many of our travelers do, and you’ll leave with new friends. If you invite a friend to join, you’ll both receive a 10% discount.
Most retreats include light to moderate activity such as walking, yoga, or gentle hiking. You should be comfortable moving daily, but you don’t need to be an athlete. If an activity feels too challenging, there will always be alternatives so you can adjust your level.
