Events Cancellation Policy

All of SaskOutdoors’ courses operate on a fee recovery basis and require a minimum number of registrants to go ahead.

A refund, minus a 20% administration fee, can be issued up until 2 weeks prior to the event. After that time no refund will be issued, although, depending on the situation, a credit may be possible.

Specific events may have different timelines depending on the nature of the event. Courses and events with guest instructors may be cancelled or rescheduled if sufficient registration has not been met one week prior to the start of the course.
