About Us
Social and Resource Development Fund (SARD) is a non-profit organization established in 1997 by the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) to help mobilize resources and support development efforts of Tibetans living in exile. It works in almost all development areas, including agriculture, arts and culture, and capacity building.
