1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Underwear or socks (due to hygiene standards).
  • Any item that appears worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a full refund per your preference.
  • To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item you wish to receive instead.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the return authorization and the correct shipping address.
  • Ship It Back: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A photo of the item and a short description of the issue.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and rush a replacement to you immediately.
