I'm seriously considering making a comm for Legends of Tomorrow. Or maybe the whole Flarrow/Legends 'verse. All fic, art, news, etc welcome. Because I need some organization to my new fandom endeavors, and tumblr can't seem to post things in order and there are no comms over there, and I NEED these things. I might be jumping into the deep end, or the whole thing might be a colossal failure. IDEK, just, I need some of this newness on my own terms.

Thoughts? Am I a genius? Or am I nuts?

Hey all! Guess what, I'm still alive!

It's been entirely too long since I posted here, but it's time to get back into it. Why now, you ask? Because I've got a new ship!!! That's right, after a long absence from anything resembling fandom, I finally have something to squee over again. And guess what, it's DC-related! I've fallen hopelessly in love with Ray Palmer/Leonard Snart. That's right, Coldatom, here I come! I've got all the nostalgia from SR fandom (is there anyone around here from back in the BRC days?), plus a shiny new slash ship and weekly doses of ship-love with DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

I've been kicking around the dreaded tumblr, even made an account last night so I could get everything in one place (though I'm still pretty clueless about how fandom even works over there), and I've been reading a lot of the fic over at AO3. I might even (gasp!) try to write some fic myself. It's been almost 2 years since I last wrote anything, ffs.

So, anyone want to get the band back together? Where do I go now? What do I do? Should I re-up my paid accts here and on LJ? I can't make decisions; I'm a president!

So, I managed to write 26 ficlets for the contest week at fic_promptly last week (and yet, still didn't win, boo). I don't know where it all came from, but I think a large part of it was my surging love for Arrow and Olicity (yep, that's right, I ship it!). I'll be trying to get them all posted up over the next few days (along with the ones from my previous ficlet binge), grouped together for fewer posts.

Quick run-down of what to expect:

Also, I think I have a good plan for my DCU_Bang fic, after all my previous plans have fallen apart rather spectacularly. This one might just spring from my head fully formed. >:D

This has apparently happened. That's right, Brandon Routh has been cast--in a recurring role!!--as Ray Palmer on Arrow. I don't--I can't even. I just. Brain is broken. I don't know what to do with this information. I think I might need to breathe into a bag. Because. Just. WHAT? O_O

Hey DW and LJ! Just dropping a note to let folks know that I'm picking up and moving everything from LJ to DW. I've imported all my content, and I'll be posting everything from DW from now on, with a cross-post to LJ. As soon as I can, I'll be buying a DW paid account, and then I'll finally have my icons back!! \O/

The reason? LJ has *finally* pushed me all the way over the edge. It was already bad enough that I'd stopped paying for an account over there a while back, but this new site change? Utter garbage. I can't find freaking *anything*! It took me almost an hour to find the list of f-list birthdays that used to be available right there on the home page, and goddammit, that just ain't cool. I didn't support LJ for so many years for it to become something I couldn't even USE.

So. Yeah. DW paid account ASAP. And then, FIC! :D That's right, I started ficcing again! The other night I got a bee in my bonnet and hit comment_fic on LJ, knocking out 3 ficlets. Gods, it felt so good. I think I might do it again...
