EAACA (English translation of "EUROPEAN AUTOCLAVED AERATED CONCRETE ASSOCIATION") EUROPEAN AUTOCLAVED CONCRETE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION
EAACA was founded in 1988 to represent the interests of its members and national associations in Europe.
In 2022 - 100 production sites in 18 EAACA member countries.
18 million m³ of ABK produced by EAACA, from which 330,000 dwellings can be built.
Autoclaved cellular concrete (ABK) also appears under other names in England e.g. Aircrete, in Poland as cellular concrete, siporex etc. It is a very lightweight yet strong material, which makes it easy to construct both the external and internal walls of a building, as well as other building components. ABK has been around for over 90 years and is produced in all EU Member States. The durability of cellular concrete is created through a process known as autoclaving, which is achieved in equipment known as autoclaves.

BIBM members:
Precast concrete is an excellent combination of tradition together with constant development in the design of new building structures. From the pavement elements we walk on every day to the large blocks with which we build houses, precast concrete is part of our everyday life.
