Pictures : Here is an American Goldfinch, a bird that I don’t often see in this area, however I do see a lot of of the lesser Goldfinches, normally in the fall.

Thanks to all my blog friends that give me a Hello, it was nice to hear you are all still out there.

I think I have gotten bored with being a domestic type person, and find that I really miss the road. There was always something new to see or fun areas that I had visit before. New birds, landscape, wild flowers and sunsets.

Age, has slowed me down more in the pass 5 years, than in the 25 years before that. Not complaining, just saying, that’s how it is. Well … okay I’m complaining a bit, I mean, who likes to get old, that’s no fun! LOL. Still, I try to take it all in stride.

Also, I feel the need to be closer to doctors and such now, and some body parts are not working as well as they use to. Can’t get out for those nice Mountain walks that I so enjoy, anymore. The 5 or 10 mile ones … miss the devil out of those!

Finding replacements for those fun things is stomping me a little bit. One thing I have been doing a bit of is small wood projects which I enjoy, but there are not as fun as climbing to a mountain top. Also, seeing as I have neighbors very close by, I tried to be kind with a power tools.

I can still shoot with the camera but I have been feeling very limited, and just a little bored with all the same things over and over.

One must adjust to new conditions and one’s life, and I will, it’s just taking a bit of time.

I am still around, just haven’t been enthusiastic about blogging lately. Making this post just to make sure WordPress knows I am still here, 🙂! Maybe one day I’ll get back to it.
For now, about the only thing I have been doing is trying to keep up with life.

I do think about my blogging friends now and than, and I sure hope you all are doing well.
