RVE’s Connected Solution
The RVE Solution aims to meet the charging needs of all installation contexts and maximize a building’s energy use in order to promote responsible and optimal charging of electric vehicles.

HUB: Multi-level energy management to protect the entire electrical infrastructure of the building

The HUB protects the electrical infrastructure of an entire building by dynamically controlling the DCC+ and SMP+ devices to which it is connected, based on charging demand and energy consumption.
DCC+: Energy management at the level of the individual infrastructure of each residential unit

The DCC+ is connected to the HUB to enable multi-level, intelligent energy management for the entire building, in addition to protecting the electrical infrastructure (feeder) of the apartment or condo to which it is connected.
The HUB and DCC+ communicate bidirectionally, forming an intelligent network that constantly exchanges information. The HUB can instruct any DCC+ to interrupt charging if necessary, while each DCC+ sends real-time data back to the HUB.
SMP+: Energy measurement and control for charging multiple EVs from a single power source

The SMP+ can communicate with other SMP+ devices and HUBs connected to the same electrical infrastructure. This means that the SMP+ protects both the distribution panel to which it is connected, the additional circuit, and the building’s electrical infrastructure. Up to 30 SMP+ devices and/or HUBs can be connected together, enabling smart management of the building’s entire energy supply.
The SMP+ load shedding function aims to protect upstream electrical infrastructure via a software setpoint of maximum amperage per phase.
Connect Portal: Digital platform for managing connected equipment
The RVE Connect portal is a digital platform that provides comprehensive, real-time visualization of the operation of an RVE electric vehicle energy management system. It simplifies equipment supervision (HUB, DCC+, SMP+), optimizes energy consumption monitoring and billing, and enables centralized, efficient charging control.
