Russo Modular is a Phoenix-based manufacturer of factory-built steel commercial buildings for the Quick Service Restaurant industry. From its fully integrated 20,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Phoenix, the company serves national brands including Dutch Bros, Jimmy John's, Black Rock Coffee, 7 Brew, Whataburger, and Salad & Go — constructing drive-thru restaurants and commercial structures inside a controlled factory environment, then transporting and installing them on prepared sites across 18+ states.

The company's Russo Siteworx division provides full-scope commercial construction management from pre-construction through delivery, giving operators a single point of accountability for the entire build.
