Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All our products are custom-made to order based on customer specifications.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

However, if there is any issue caused from our side (such as incorrect design, manufacturing defect, or quality issue), we offer:

  • Free remake, or
  • Partial or full refund depending on the situation

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placing the order (before production begins)
  • After production starts → cancellation is not possible

3. Digitizing Services

For digitizing services:

  • Full refund is available if work has not started
  • Once work has started or file delivered → no refund

4. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production Time: 3–6 business days

Shipping Time: 4–6 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs clearance)

Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

5. Delivery & Delays

Production and shipping timelines are clearly communicated before order placement.

In case of delays due to logistics, customs, or external factors:

  • We will actively update customers
  • If delay becomes significant, we may offer:
    • Partial refund, or
    • Discount/remake as goodwill

6. Quality Issues

If there is any issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos for review

We will:

  • Fix the issue
  • Offer replacement or refund

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Customer-provided incorrect information
  • Design approval errors
  • Change of mind after production
  • Minor variations (color/size tolerance)
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or external logistics factors beyond our control

However, we will actively assist customers in tracking and resolving any delivery issues and provide appropriate support where possible.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 5–10 business days to the original payment method

9. Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Our support team is available to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly, and most issues are successfully resolved without escalation.
