Chris Wilson, a U.S. Army veteran, co-founded Rudick Innovation & Technology with Clay and Mike in 2018 after identifying the technological challenges in the construction industry during his time as an IT leader at an ENR Top 50 General Contractor. With over a decade of experience in construction IT and nearly two decades in technology, Chris leads the company with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and delivering proven technology solutions. As CTO, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge IT services tailored to their needs.

Clay Rudick brings over two decades of construction expertise and industry relationships to Rudick Innovation & Technology. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, Clay has driven growth across multiple ventures, including his family’s construction business and VitalTek, a low-voltage services provider. While serving as a board member, Clay remains passionate about developing the next generation of professionals and inspiring excellence through his leadership.
