Cancellation Policy: If your plans change we will provide you with a full refund if deposit is paid by e-transfer. If deposit is paid by credit card the deposit will be refunded less 3%. No refunds if final balance has been paid.
Your booking: Please be aware of what you have booked. For example the lower lodge requires a booking with the bedding package otherwise you must bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and towels. A lot of our guests prefer to bring their own sleeping bags and towels and this is why we offer this option. The trailers and rusic cabins do not have bedding either. The trailers do not have potable water so you must bring your own drinking water. The cabins and camping area do not have running water or electricity.
Off-grid lodge: We are off-grid and can experience power outages. Its always a good idea to bring a flashlight. The power typically gets turned back on in a short while so please don't worry or panic. Our off-grid lodge generates its own power by way of using solar panels and a generator to charge our batteries. We ask for your assistance in rationing your power usage by turning lights off, charging your phones and laptop during daylight hours. Basically it comes down to using large power sources during daylight hours.
Firewood: We provide firewood for your use but please make small campfires only. We do have axes available, however you may want to bring your own to try your hand at chopping wood.
Electric Vehicles: We do not have the facilities to charge your vehicle. There is a charging station in Boston Bar.
Pet Policy: $100 additional fee for pets staying in the lodge.
