I've searched the web, but couldn't find anything about the KV-S9077 device. There are no downloads or information for that matter. Because of that, I can't really test the availability of the RTIV with the KV-S9077 device.
Also, when an application has been developed to support only a limited range of devices, then it will work only with those devices unless it has been explicitly specified to make it work with other device as well. I believe in your case it's a problem with compatibility.

You have to check the Help documentation to see whether this feature is supported or not. Unfortunately, the software is not available for installation, if you don't have a compatible scanner. To access this feature, go to Help > Help Topics. I have tried installing the application, but it refuses to install properly and the setup package freezes and crashes.
