This is already the 4th Women in Tech Hackathon organized yearly by Riga TechGirls.

This year's Women in Tech Hackathon is an opportunity to explore the intersection of resources, energy and efficiency. Participants will have the chance to work with experts from different industries to develop innovative solutions to solve today's most pressing challenges in these fields. Teams will be challenged to explore new ideas and create new technologies that can help create a more sustainable future. At the end of the hackathon, participants will present their ideas to an esteemed panel of judges, who will award the most successful projects with prizes.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join in, create teams, meet new people along the way and turn your ideas into practical prototypes. We always aim to make these events as inclusive and friendly as possible - men and women alike are welcome to participate. Apart from the hackathon, we will organize additional workshops on specific tools, prototyping and pitching to help you gain new skills along the way.

The hackathon will take place in a hybrid format, in person and online.

Location: University of Latvia, House of Nature, Jelgavas Street 1, Riga, Latvia
