Going on almost 30 years under the same brand name it shows a consistent track record. In that time, RTC have factually “Set the standard” with a lot of industry and business achievements and accolades including a few pioneering “first ever to” accomplish milestones in safety, environmental achievement, management, and business performance with over 45 awards.
RTC Group’s structure is made up of divisions that specialise in the building industry. Services include commercial construction and architectural fit-out, building and site design, complete multi-trade maintenance, property condition assessments, and planning.
We have a national presence primarily across 3 states being NSW, SA, and Tasmania operating out of 9 office locations. RTC Group is responsible for managing trade service delivery for over 16,000 properties throughout Australia with a team of approximately 200 staff tasked with organising and managing around 300-400 contractors daily.
This has led to RTC Group establishing a not‐for‐profit Sports Development Centre and a Foundation for youth with full Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. RTC Group has set revenue percentages directed into these areas giving back to our local communities, providing hope and support to our youth daily.
We have established a multi‐million‐dollar facility where 100% of the funds go directly to youth programmes benefiting schools and sports teams locally – including a 24‐seat bus to transport the children to the Centre.
