Welcome to Rice SASE Hack, the first hackathon sponsored and run by a student-led cultural organization at Rice University! RS Hack will be a virtual hackathon from March 6-7, and will entail a 24 hour hack.

Eligibility
Any student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at any university is elligible!
Teams are limited to 4 people.
Requirements
All Hackers must submit a 3-4 minute video, on the hack's devpost page(a link to a youtube video is okay) to help judges evaluate their hack during the first round. Link to the Github, SVN, or some other online code repository where the code is is required.

Overall 1st place: iPad Air 64 GB
The overall winners of RS Hack will each recieve a brand new iPad Air!
2nd Place: Airpods Pro
Each member on the 2nd place team in the general track will win the new Airpods Pro!
3rd Place: Bluetooth Speaker
Each member on the winning team for 3rd place in the general track will have their choice from a selection of bluetooth speakers!

echoAR is a cloud platform for augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) that provides tools and server-side infrastructure to help developers & companies quickly build and deploy 3D apps. We are excited to offer this sponsorship package to you and to participants of you hackathon so they can benefit from a faster and simpler development process for AR/VR apps, including those aimed at solving COVID-19 related challenges. The best project that uses our plaform will win a $50 Amazon gift card for the team and a 3-month free Business Tier access to echoAR for each team member.
