Important pre-order information

  • Pre-order dates listing are estimated: Any date displayed on a pre-order product page, on your order confirmation or anywhere else on the RPM Power website or social media is estimated and subject to change without notice.
  • Delays may occur: While pre-order dates are usually spot-on, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including restrictions around shipping, customs clearance, port congestion, supplier delays, weather, global unrest or other freight disruptions. As a result, pre-order availability dates are estimated and may be postponed.
  • Notification of availability changes: Customers are encouraged to monitor the relevant product listing on our website for the latest updates regarding expected stock arrival dates. While our system will send you an automatic email if estimated availability dates are postponed, keeping an eye on the product page is the most accurate way to stay updated.
  • Dispatching multiple items: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will generally be dispatched together once all items are available, i.e. once pre-order items are available. Customers may request separate shipment of available items prior to the arrival of the pre-ordered product and we will do our best to facilitate this. Please note that additional shipping or handling costs associated with split shipments may be charged and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure high-demand products before they sell out and ensures allocation of stock once available.

From time to time, RPM Power may offer discounted pricing on selected pre-order items. These promotional prices may not be available once the product is officially released or restocked.

By placing your order in advance, your item will either be dispatched directly to your chosen address or made available for collection as soon as stock arrives.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact our Customer Support team. Once cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. This secures your place in the pre-order queue and reserves stock from the incoming shipment.

We recommend checking the product page regularly for the latest estimated arrival date. Significant changes may also be communicated via email where possible.

Pre-order dates are estimates provided by shipping and freight partners. Occasionally delays can occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather events, supplier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we cannot always provide an exact queue position, earlier orders receive priority when stock arrives. The closer you order to the estimated arrival date, the further down in the queue you will be. We aim to dispatch all pre-orders within 1-2 business days, regardless of queue position. Please see our shipping timeframes for more details.

As all pre-order arrival dates are estimates and subject to change, compensation is not available for delays that occur. If the updated timeline no longer suits your needs, you may contact us to discuss cancellation options.

It is generally possible to modify your order including changing shipping details, adding or removing products in an order, or adding additional services like installation.

As a general rule, we dispatch all items in an order together. That means, if your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait to ship your full order until pre-order items are available. If you wish to receive your order before your pre-order item arrives, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss your options. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
