It may seem like I have completely abandoned this livejournal account, but mostly I have actually just been terribly busy with my studies, working and such. I'm currently working at a customer service call center in Helsinki as I have summer holidays from the university. In January 2012 I am going to The University of West Scotland in Paisley (near Glasgow) for student exchange. I'm not going to delete this account, mostly because I want to see Miia's (kattidya ) updates, but I might write more entries in the future.

Charlotta came to visit me yesterday, though about 2 hours later than she first told me that she'll be here. Apparently her GPS had run out of battery and she got a bit lost but she managed to get here anyway. We were mostly discussing about Elisa's situation and how worried about that we are. Then we also got a bit nostalgic when we realized that it was 8 years ago when we first met.

Btw, I had a really weird dream last night, I was on a big stage singing something dressed in a white PVC outfit and there were some poledancing muscular men who were eating fire on the stage. Poledancing and fire-eating at the same time sounds pretty hot, eh...

When I was in Helsinki with Miia on saturday, I bought this hoodie



I was surprised to find something nice to wear in Seppälä.

At work I was thinking that if I could change my life for a day with a celebrity. So that I would life a day in their body with their voice and everything and they would in return life the day as me. I imagined a lot of different celebrities and what they would say about their day as me. I was for example thinking that would Paris Hilton change her chihuahuas to a belgian shepherd after seeing how cute my dog is. I would like to be Kate Moss for a day and live in London. I would so shop at Harrods and Selfridges... xD

I made a pie today with blueberries, strawberries and pineapple slices. We have lots of blueberries and strawberries in the freezer and I have to find ways to use them all, so now I'm drinking a blueberry-strawberry smoothie with a hint of cloudberries (I found a small box of them in the freezer as well).

Jamie was in Finland and we for example met some of our friends (Miia, Outi, Paula, Sanna), enjoyed Kopparbergs pear cider and were covered in dog hair. Paula's cocker spaniel Luka (or Luca?) was really a lovely dog to meet. He was even more energetic than my dog, which meant that he was running around the apartment like a maniac with a toy in his mouth.

We also went bowling and Jamie was better than me.



 We are thinking about getting married summer 2010 but that's just a thought now.

Stockmann department store has that special sale thing called Hullut päivät (Crazy days) and that name really is literal. Last year I went there to buy a bag that was on discount, but of course there were none left when I went there. I almost got suffocated in the elevetor because about 100 old ladies who smelled of Chanel No. 5 squeezed in the elevator with me. This year I plan to go there on saturday before work (my workplace is a few hundred meters from the Stockmann in the center of Helsinki). I don't have any special plans what I want to buy, but I think about some quality cosmetics (I love Lancôme).
