Rose Haven strives to provide a range of trauma informed services and activities that not only meets basic needs but also fosters a sense of community, holistic wellness and creativity.

Daily Schedule

Hospitality Hours
During hospitality hours, our guests are invited to enjoy a community setting and socialize. Sign up to see an advocate, participate in a class or healing group, receive clothing and hygiene items, take a shower, check your mail, use the phone, eat a healthy meal, rest for a while, or just chat with friends, volunteers, and staff.

Monday & Friday: 8 am – Noon*
Tuesday & Thursday: 8 am – 3:30 pm
Wednesdays: 8:00 am – noon + 1 pm – 3:30 pm (family afternoons)

* Please note our lobby closes at 11:45am. Please note you can only line up 1 hour before service hours (7 AM for morning services OR 12 PM for afternoon services).

Mail Service Hours

Rose Haven guests may open a secure mailbox (please see a staff member onsite) and check their mail in person or by phone during these hours: Monday – Thursday: 8AM-Noon, 1-3:30 PM and Friday: 8AM-Noon.

Family Afternoons

Wednesday afternoons are reserved for guests with minor children. These afternoons give parents an opportunity to receive services in a calmer setting, and when volunteers are present to spend time with their kids.
