We can certainly help you make a reservation over the phone or when you drop in to visit us in person. But we recommend you check availability online first, as it is updated live. Please note we don’t take bookings via social media DM.

We always reserve a few tables for walk-ins but during busy hours the wait can be quite long. We recommend you reserve a table in advance online.

Online is the best way to make a group booking enquiry.

For groups of 9+ guests, credit card details are required to reserve the table. We don’t charge any deposits when making a reservation. The card will only be charged at £10 per person in case of a complete no-show or if the actual party size is less than half of the original booking.

Yes, we have lots of them! Our private and semi-private dining spaces can host larger groups. Check out where they are below. Click here if you’d like to book a private party.

Yes we certainly do. Our Thai Feast Menu is great value, full of crowd pleasers and sharing platters – designed to keep everyone happy.

For groups of 12+ guests, we kindly request that you order from this menu. If you wish to order extra dishes from the à la carte menu, we can accommodate them.

Currently, we only allow service dogs inside the restaurants. For all other doggos (and other small four-legged friends), we can host them where there is outside seating.

Many of our locations have wheelchair accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating. You can find detailed information on our Google listings. Please note that some of our locations (especially ones in older buildings) have no wheelchair accessible entrances or step-free access.

Yes, we do! You can purchase a digital or physical version online here or directly with our team members in the restaurants. All gift cards are valid for 12 months (unless specified otherwise) and can be used for eat-in or takeaway when ordering with a team member. Please note: gift cards are not valid for delivery or online click & collect.

All Rosa’s Thai restaurants offer 20% off the bill for Blue Light Card holders, Sunday to Thursday. For dine-in, the discount is valid for up to 4 people per card. If you’re popping in for takeaway, the discount applies to the total bill. Please note, the Blue Light discount isn’t available on delivery orders. Rosa’s gift cards can still be used alongside the discount.

Excludes bank holidays, red letter days, all set menus, Saiphin’s Set Lunch menu, and any special promotions.

Unfortunately, we cannot adapt our recipes via online ordering. If you’d like us to avoid certain ingredients, we recommend us getting in touch over the phone or stop by for a walk-in takeaway, so we can ensure someone from our team can give you the best support.

Yes! All of our packaging is recyclable through curb-side recycling bins, and all paper materials are biodegradable and compostable too. The bubble tea seal needs to be removed and recycled separately from the cup.
