UCLAN opened a vet school, all quite praiseworthy. Dean of Vets, Dr Heather Bacon (alias Karen) then accused major sponsor "VetPlus" of racism. It cost hard pressed UCLAN £32,000, and a grovelling apology to David Haythornthwaite, a respected businessman who raised a harmless question over "diversity". Is Heather Bacon too expensive to employ? She is doing damage to an up and coming campus.
Perhaps she should take up Karate, or Judo? Or start badgering other folks?

Accession talks and the western Balkans. Bosnia? A failed state. Give the Croat bit to Croatia, and expel the Serbs, Muslims can keep the rest.
Serbia, a gangster state, under no circumstances should it be admitted to the E.U.
Kosovo? Irridentist Albanians — give it to Albania.
Montenegro? Is it Serbia or not?
North Macedonia? About the only place I am unconcerned about, the E.U could manage it, an economic basket case.
As for Albania, I am in two minds, bad reputation. However, they do like Norman Wisdom.
As with Iran and Israel I have no axe to grind, North Korea, South Korea, whatever, they aren't paying me for propaganda nor knocking copy.
