OUR
[Vision]
For this portal and women in STEM

This STEM Role Models Portal was created to shine a spotlight on these stories. Each featured woman brings her unique voice from sectors such as Advanced manufacturing, Digital technology, Biotechnology, Green energy, Artificial intelligence (AI), Microelectronics, Quantum computing, Space technology, and more. Their answers, drawn from a carefully designed and useful questionnaire, offer deep insights into personal growth, professional development, and how STEM can be a tool for equity and societal change.

By making these profiles visible and accessible, we aim to encourage more girls and women to envision themselves in STEM roles, pursue bold careers, and find support along the way. Every shared story is a beacon – a signal that they are not alone, that their potential is real, that they are in the sector and ready to compete on equal terms and that the future of innovation is stronger with their participation.
