Day at Rodiger

Here, at Rodiger, we try to maintain relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. We regularly participate at Micro Focus webinars to stay up to date with new technologies. We also organise internal workshops twice a month where we introduce new technologies and expand our knowledge.

Rodiger is a small company with great ambition and will to create modern IT environments. Primarily, we focus on Cloud Automation, Robotic Process Automation and Digital Transformation. We started our journey in 2017. when our CEO Dejan Rodiger founded the company. It started with the idea and ambition of one person from his bedroom, but then it quickly found clients and started expanding. Rodiger is a strategic partner with Micro Focus, to be more specific, it has a Gold Partnership deal with Micro Focus allowing Rodiger’s employees to obtain many sales and technical certificates showing their knowledge and professionalism to its current and future clients.

Dejan has over 20 years of experience in IT services, from system engineering to architecture and business development. With all his work experience, industry knowledge and certificates, he decided to found his own company. Dejan, besides Micro Focus cerificates, also has other certificates prooving his extended knowledge in enterprise IT environment:

  • ITIL V3 Service Offerings and Agreements Certificate
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate
  • TOGAF V9 Certificate

In 2018. the company became a part of TICM which stands for Technology and innovation centre in Medjimurje. We got our first office there and it felt a little empty. So, Rodiger decided to get a new full time employee. In 2019. we moved to a new TICM building getting 2 new offices so there was room for a few more people. After having a hard time finding new developers, in 2020. we employed 3 students.
