Our Story

Ryan Ostrander | Owner & Lead Designer, RO Design

Ryan Ostrander is an award-winning designer and developer with over two decades of experience creating standout visual and interactive work. A 2000 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design, Ryan began his career at The Cincinnati Post as an illustrator and graphic designer, where he earned multiple accolades — including being named Best Graphic Designer in Ohio.

After the Post’s closure in 2008, Ryan took on the role of Design Director at Tracker Products, where he led the company’s visual identity, branding, and user interface design. He later joined London Computer Systems as a Web Developer, deepening his technical expertise and building dozens of client websites, along with the company’s own marketing site.

Ryan brings the same level of precision and care to every project — whether he’s coding a custom WordPress theme, preparing press-ready files, or handcrafting furniture in his workshop. For him, doing it right means doing it with intention, skill, and respect for the process.
