The Rockheads Group “Bundle” Program
You have been chosen to be at the forefront of our community's evolution!
What is the “Bundle” Program?
This pioneering initiative brings our members into tailored non-competitive private groups, which we’ve decided to call “bundles”, specifically designed to address the unique needs and challenges of shops that are approximately of the same revenue size that also serve similar customers and business sectors. Each bundle (8-10 members) has been crafted to ensure relevancy and maximize impact. This allows for more meaningful discussions that will directly affect your business, driving real change and growth for you and your team.
The heart of this program is centered around you and each member of your bundle logging daily issues and challenges along with new ideas or concepts. Some shared issues and challenges may be solved by a fellow member in a quick response via your bundles private WhatsApp group. However some of what you share, whether it’s a great new idea or a bigger challenge, may require more time, attention, and thought from the bundle as a whole. These are items that will be brought up to discuss at your monthly bundle meeting.
To allow for free and open dialogue all of these discussions will remain confidential unless your bundle decides as a team to share an idea or solution with the entire Rockheads Group.
Your Responsibilities:
- Log Daily Issues, Challenges, & Ideas: Document challenges and topics for discussion via WhatsApp.
- Attend Bundle Meetings: Participate in all scheduled meetings to share insights and gain from others’ experiences.
- Engage Actively: Respond to queries from other members and contribute to solving issues.
Our Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Meetings: Organize and manage all meetings, ensuring productive and efficient sessions.
- Summarize Meetings: Utilize AI tools to provide concise and actionable meeting summaries.
- Action Items: Follow up on commitments, ensuring that all action items are addressed.
Tools Used
- WhatsApp: For continuous communication and updates within the bundle as well as logging daily shop issues, challenges, or ideas.
- Zoom: For virtual bundle meetings to connect and collaborate.
- AI Meeting Summary: To capture and summarize key points and action items from the bundles discussions.
