I am seriously considering deleting my journal for good and leaving LJ behind. I have a few fandom loose ends to tie up, and I don't want to lose touch with people.
I thought I'd put out a PSA to say that I'm rochvelleth on Dreamwidth too, and please friend me over there if you'd like to.
I wonder if there is anyone out there reading this. It feels a bit like a post-apocalyptic thing, possibly too late to actually catch anyone before the end...

Watched the extended version of the second Hobbit film (Desolation of Smaug) last night. I was very pleased to see that three things I thought were omissions in the version shown in cinemas were included:

4:42 pm - Hobbit film 3 quickie review

So I accidentally left it too long to give you my immediate reaction review of the third Hobbit film, Battle of the Five Armies. Maybe I'll do a proper review once I've seen it again (definitely after Christmas). But here are a few brief medium-length thoughts for now.

So I keep thinking that I must make an effort to come here and make posts and talk about things.
I'll start by telling you all:
a) You should watch The Musketeers. It's a brilliant series. Series 1 is currently available on DVD and series 2 is due to start on 2nd January.
b) Those of you who don't need persuading, you should visit the new comm  musketeerstills and do some Musketeer icon making!

Noting this down somewhere before I forget: saw that Robin Jacob has recently begun a blog, and he lists 1066 the movie on the website where the blog is hosted (http://robinjacob.com/projects.htm). He also lists 1087, which I guess is a sequel? Anyway, nice to see further indication that 1066 could still happen. I want it to. This is the most recent thing I've seen about it.
Pros fans will know what I'm talking about, others will think I'm rambling :)

Fellow Pros fans, I need your help -- I know that somewhere on the internet there's a list of Pros episodes *in the DVD box set order* (divided by the four box set seasons would be terrific). But I can't find it anywhere. Help?
