Meet the Team
“Super Don” Naylor – Executive Producer
Don Naylor is a veteran radio producer and content creator whose career in nationally syndicated talk radio began at Talk Radio Network in 2005. Starting as a call screener for The Robert Scott Bell Show, Don quickly moved into larger roles, eventually becoming the show’s producer while also contributing to a wide range of major TRN programs, including The Savage Nation, The Laura Ingraham Show, The Phil Hendrie Show, The Jerry Doyle Show, The Tammy Bruce Show, and many others. During his six years at TRN, he handled everything from show prep, guest booking, caller interaction, and live board operation to writing, editing, imaging, comedy development, podcast production, affiliate relations, and coordinating with PR, sales, traffic, and engineering to keep national broadcasts running clean, accurate, and engaging.
In 2011, Don left TRN to produce The Robert Scott Bell Show exclusively, deepening a working partnership that began in the TRN studios. Today he manages the creative and technical backbone of the program across its expanding multimedia platforms, developing daily content, producing digital assets, shaping show segments, integrating breaking news, and helping cultivate the longest running daily live health freedom show in America.
Kevin Tuttle – Associate Producer
“Mark D”illinger – Assistant Producer & “The Bunny Man”
A Marine combat veteran, healer at heart, and now the right-hand man to Super Don in production, Mark Dillinger (affectionately known as “Mark D” or now, “The Bunny Man”) brings a unique blend of military discipline, unyielding work ethic, and an innate passion for holistic wellness to The Robert Scott Bell Show. His role is not merely that of an assistant, it is one of strategic relief, allowing Super Don the freedom to harness his exceptional talents while Mark helps to ensures the show’s operational excellence.
Mark’s journey has been a testament to resilience and transformation. A decade in the Marine Corps instilled in him a no-nonsense approach to execution, where getting the job done, regardless of obstacles, became second nature. Post-military, he encountered personal struggles that led him on a path of self-discovery, ultimately finding solace and strength through faith and natural healing modalities. His ability to overcome adversity is a hallmark of his character.
A longtime listener and avid student of Robert Scott Bell, Mark developed an uncanny knack for understanding and applying holistic health principles. He describes his relationship with Robert as his “Healing Partner”, one where he absorbed knowledge like a sponge, then applied it to help others without fanfare. This inherent skill led him to become a critical asset in the production team, helping to ensure the show’s technical and creative elements align seamlessly with its mission.
At 55 years old, Mark is now an acclaimed homesteader on his rural property, where he raises meat rabbits, which became an unexpected therapy for managing PTSD. His humble abode, nestled among the trees, reflects a man deeply connected to both nature and community. He is devoted to his wife Lisa, whom he credits as his rock and manager of his chaos. Their bond is a beacon of stability in an otherwise fast-paced world.
Mark’s humor, often dry and self-deprecating, creates an immediate camaraderie with Super Don, and Robert Scott Bell. His ability to balance seriousness with levity makes him indispensable behind the scenes while remaining a mysterious yet lovable presence to fans who’ve heard his voice on air.
In his role as Assistant Producer, Mark relieves production burdens, allowing Super Don and Robert to focus on delivering top-tier content that continues to reach many thousands. His contributions are invisible but invaluable, much like the silent healer he once aspires to be.
