Note: The 2nd or 3rd story in my 100 Days fic challenge for myself. I wanted to post this here first before I posted it on my ff.net page so I can get any feedback that might help me make sure this isn't crap. So please, feedback away. Cause either I go with this or I start going out of story order and posting something that happens in the middle of the story just to go in number order. *lol* This is also a little AU, timeline wise and magic wise, some of you might notice, but I'm playing with a few things that weren't explored, especially Elven Magic. I'll leave it at that lest I be spoilery.

Summary: After "Project Purity", life begins to return to the Wasteland, but the rain that's begun to fall on D.C. has brought about more problems for the scattered settlements. It's up to the Lone Wanderer to help her people once again.
Author note: What's great about this story is, I don't think you have to have played the game to understand what's going on even thought this takes place two weeks after everything, even the DLCs, have taken place. Of course, this is more like a Mod of the game in story form.
