The aim of the Bachelor’s study program in Psychology is to provide students with the opportunity to obtain an academic education in psychology, ensuring the acquisition of theoretical knowledge in psychology and research skills, promoting analytical and critical thinking abilities, social communication skills, and enhancing the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions. This will enable graduates to successfully find their place in the labor market in Latvia and worldwide.
Organizational Psychology
