Confirm Your Information
We cannot make further changes to the program at this time, but do notify the Registrar’s Office if you notice an error.
1. Name for Program (see “FULL name EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on the Ceremony Program” column) – This is copied from the information you provided in your registration. Submit any changes to the Registrar’s Office no later than Mar. 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
2. Line-up Order – for Processional, OTD students will go first by graduate’s last name, then DPT grads will go alphabetically by advisor’s last name.
3. Seat Assignment – seat location available by April 1 on Diagrams tab
